Training Scheme
Instituted by the Board of Apprenticeship Training/Practical Training under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, NATS provides skill-based training for fresh Graduates, Diploma Holders in Engineering and Technology, and +2 Vocational pass-outs.
About NATS :
We facilitate the implementation of the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), connecting graduates with practical industrial training. This bridges the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.
- Duration of 1 to 3 years, offering hands-on, field-specific skill training.
- Training is conducted at the employer’s workplace by qualified professionals using structured modules.
- Apprentices receive stipends, 50% of which are reimbursable to employers by the Government of India.
- Upon completion, apprentices are awarded a Certificate of Proficiency from the Government of India, recognized across employment exchanges.
- Training placements span Central, State, and Private organizations with robust training infrastructure.
- No statutory compliance is applicable for employers.
